Barn Owls is one of only two, barn style proprieties to be built at Lower Mill and is a highly desirable letting property. Not only is it clad in timber nestling waterside on Howells Mere Lake once inside you appreciate the owners attention to detail, having a Oak Frame Structure complimented by oak flooring, wood burning stove and a large enclosed terrace commanding a south facing position on the Lake. 3 ground floor bedrooms & spacious double ensuite mezzanne bedroom. Highly recommended for wheel chair users Wi-Fi & Spa use.
Detached Barn style property accommodating 8 guests, 2 double ensuite bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and separate shower room. Spacious open plan accommodation finished to a high standard. Kitchen - Cream units with granite work surfaces incorporating many built in appliances to include dishwasher, wash dryer, microwave & fridge/freezer. Electric Aga with gas hob make a lovely feature to this Barn style property. Fully equipped for 8 guests. Oak dining table seating 8, stairs rising to the first floor with stairgate. Lounge - Two large sofas, two large chairs, coffee table and a Sony 37” LCD TV. Wood burner stove & access onto the enclosed south facing terrace. Outdoor furniture & charcoal BBQ. Bedrooms - Lakeside double ensuite bathroom with sliding doors onto the terrace. Two further twin bedrooms with ample wardrobe space & adjoining shower room. First floor master bedroom benefiting from an ensuite shower room. Additional - Bed linen, towels, high chair & travel cot are provided however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. One allocated parking space to be found a short distance away, over flow parking available. Pets allowed. This property is subject to a £500 refundable Damage Deposit due 7 days prior to arrival.
