This 1950's house has been updated with an open floor plan, large windows that overlook a wooded lot. A sun room in the back and a huge deck overlooking the backyard make for the perfect setting for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails . All walking distance (.04) to the University and near the Square.
Locals say we are located on Oxford's most beautiful street.Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
We have a large 52' TV in the sun room and 3 bedrooms have HD TV's with ROKU/Hulu Live and wireless internet. We are happy to help with dinner reservations, make breakfast or even provide transportation. We love getting to know people and making new friends.
We are on a dead end street with wooded lots. It's like living in a park right in the middle of town. We are within walking distance to a city park with a jogging trail and right across the street from the Ole Miss campus. One mile from the Oxford Square. There is public transportation however we are within walking distance to most everything.
This vacation home is located in Oxford. South Campus Rail Trail and Mallard Pointe Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sardis Lake and John W. Kyle State Park. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at C.M. Tad Smith Coliseum or The Pavilion at Ole Miss. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
