Truly a peaceful beautiful home on the Rogue River, 4 bedrooms, with a 450 sq. ft. private studio apartment, in a park like setting. This home is has two decks, one just outside the living room doors(1500 sq. ft.) and an intimate deck located on the banks of the Rogue river. Our natural gas fire pit, provides a great atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine or beer overlooking the river. Also on the deck is the hot tub, a perfect place to soak under the stars. Wood fire pits are located through the property for warmth and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. We have two BBQ's ( Gas and a Traeger) for your outdoor cooking feast. This property is made for relaxing and fun, pitch horseshoes, raft, swim, frisbee golf and my favorite GREAT FISHING. Also, available ... personal river raft and fishing guide for hire :)
