We use genuine hickory logs cut to our exacting specifications in our smoker. Our Pulled Pork is slow smoked for 14 hours to bring it to peak flavor and tenderness before being hand "pulled" everyday in our restaurants. Our Ribs are slow smoked and seasoned to a "fall off the bone" delight.
