A message for our guests about COVID-19: in our years as hosts, we are proud to say that we have always been leaders in cleanliness & creating fresh, safe spaces for our guests.
During the COVID-19 pandemic & all of the considerations it entails, we wanted to share details about what we are doing.
In between guests, we turn over the apartments by hand, ourselves. We have always done this, and now it seems important to share.
Interior & exterior door knobs, locks, window ledges & edges, appliance surfaces & knobs, light pulls & switches & outlets, chairs, counters, cabinet pulls, table surfaces are disinfected - between every guest.
We use chlorine & non chlorine bleach for all bedding, blankets & towels. We have the top of the line filters in our HVAC system, practice ventilation of the spaces, and periodically use ozone.
You can be confident staying in our spaces that the highest standards are used for cleaning & disinfection, every time. We understand that these are strange & unprecedented times & want to convey our commitment to cleanliness.
