With onsite parking for 3 cars, a great location in proximity to the center of town and the Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, and accommodations for fourteen people, this vacation rental is a great choice for any family or group.
Upon arrival, guests will notice bike racks and picnic tables available for use outside of the three primary unit entrances. Proceeding into your vacation rental, the main entry will be located at the top of the staircase. Heading straight inside, a utility closet with stacked, front loading, washer and dryer can be located to the left, just before the first of two full bathrooms with a combination tub/shower.
Through the bathroom into the first of four bedrooms, guests will notice a Queen-sized bed. Passing through the bedroom into the Kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, gas oven and stove, and table for four are present. The Den is connected to the kitchen and has two Queen-sized futons, with a 42’ inch flat screen television mounted to the adjacent wall. There is also another dining table with accommodations for six. Exiting the Den and Kitchen area, back into the Hallway near your vacation rental’s entrance, the three remaining bedrooms appear to the right and straight ahead.
The first bedroom to the right has a Queen-sized bed with 32’ flat screen television on a dresser of the opposite wall. Next, the second bedroom also has a Queen-sized bed with a dresser and a 42’ flat screen television mounted to the opposite wall. At the end of the hallway, the last of four bedrooms can be located. Inside, a 42’ flat screen television will be located on the immediate left with a set of twin sized bunk beds to the right.
A popular way of enjoying this vacation rental is parking on property, and walking to the nearby beaches, boardwalk attractions, shopping, and town center. When grocery shopping is needed, visitors can enjoy the convenience of being able to park right outside of their vacation rental and unpack their car(s). An additional advantage of this vacation rental is the adjoining door with the connected unit located in the kitchen. For larger parties reserving both units, guests would be able to pass through either side with ease.
For group rentals and renters under 25, the property owner does require a $100 security deposit from each person using the property. Additionally, prior to finalizing any reservation, we will need to schedule a time for your group to meet with the property owner in person.
Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.
