Externally, the property offers a small garden to the front and a private, enclosed garden with furnished patio to the rear. Bridge House is ideally located; the family-friendly resort of Perranporth is just two miles away. The former tin mining town of Perranporth is blessed with miles of golden sand and today offers a small selection of shops, restaurants and pubs including, a unique pub situated on the sand in the middle of the beach.
For a greater selection of shops, nightlife, restaurants and attractions why not head to Newquay, the bustling coastal town famed for its world class surfing. Newquay is only five miles away, the town has something for every taste and age range, from the popular Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium to the challenging golf course and magnificent cliff top walks.
If you do happen to forget any essentials after a busy day exploring, there is a convenience store right next door to the property offering hot pasties as well as all the usual necessities. There is also a pub within walking distance. As an added bonus, the owner provides three, free of charge parking permits for a car park close to Perranporth Beach.
The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels.
Guests are not permitted to charge their electric cars via the mains within the property.
This property does supply a travel cot free of charge. However if you want them to supply bed linen you will need to pay £10 upon arrival directly to the owner. You will also need to provide fair notice if this is required.
