Our beautiful historical 4 bedroom property, located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter, has jaw-dropping interiors and stunning Georgian period features throughout. The townhouse can sleep up to 9 guests and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining room, 2 living rooms, games room and a private garden with barbecue. From here you can walk everywhere: to the Docks, city’s oldest pubs and hidden bars, amazing restaurants and the vibrant Cains Brewery Village in the Baltic Triangle area. Philharmonic Hall, Theatres and Liverpool Cathedral are just around the corner. Not to mention the freshly baked artisan doughnuts and sour dough from the local micro bakery just a few minutes away
Luxuriously spread out across 4 floors, our home has large sash windows throughout, beautiful wooden floors and an abundance of space. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a kitchen and a dining area. You are welcome to rest on the big couch in the TV room after a long day of sight seeing, or play a game of ping pong in the Games room.
We have aimed to maintain the house and its character intact. All the period details are preserved. Some of the windows are still from the pre-war times and have survived bombing during WW2. Please, mind that, being a 200 year old house, some of its wooden floor boards make a charming noise.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
Our stunning kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and has a light and bright living area with a classic wood burner. There is a large dining table which can sit up to 10 guests. The French windows open into the bbq area and a few steps lead up to the big and quiet green garden, where you can have breakfast around the big table (if the Liverpudlian weather permits).
The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, for which we will provide coffee pods. There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron should you need it.
You are welcome to use the ground floor TV room with its big comfy day bed. Our Netflix account is available for you to use. Or play a game of ping pong and keep the score on the antique Belgian score board!
We have created all 4 bedrooms to be unique, expressing our love for a mix of simple contemporary lines, modern pop bits and full of character vintage pieces, which we have collected while we lived around the world. All the rooms are provided with space to hang clothes and dressing tables / desks.
The house has 1 Super King room, 1 King room, 1 Double room, and 1 Single room which also has a double sofa bed.
There are 3 stunning bathrooms all supplied with large fluffy white towels and starter toiletries provided for every guest. You are welcome to use the master bathroom at any time and enjoy its space and light.
Guests have complete access to the house. Additionally, we’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free, on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport… or anything else you might fancy. All this to make you feel like home and make your visit to Liverpool full of great memories!
Parking is available. We will give you a parking permit on arrival and usually it’s easy to find a
spot right on our street. Please, return the permit on the check-out.
Interaction with Guests:
When we are not there to check you in, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company
