Avalon House is a quirky, wonderfully located four bedroom house with
parking in West Charleton. Avalon House has large social family spaces
on the ground floor with living room, open place living space and diner
with a one sided galley kitchen leading to the utility room and a huge
green garden. The garden offers a rope swing (use at own risk), with
patio area with outside furniture and garden space. The first floor
houses the master bedroom and ensuite with countryside views and
glimpses of Kingsbridge estuary, the family bathroom is between the
master bedroom and second double bedroom. On the second floor, in the
attic space with the classic wooden eaves on show are the two twin
rooms. Avalon House offers guests parking for one car, wood burner in
the living room, village location, countryside views and estuary
glimpses and sleeps up to eight people comfortably.
West Charleton is a lovely village located along the country roads
between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, two of the most popular towns in
South Devon. This lovely village is on a main bus route, offers
fantastic walks and has a great pub with traditional 'pub grub' called
The Ashburton Arms.

2.5m wide, cars will need to park end to end.

Accidental Damage Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental
Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the
final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and
is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you
may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver
equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers
you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any
