This fabulous family home is located in the heart of residential, buzzy Hammersmith. The spacious home is decorated beautifully throughout, with natural daylight in abundance. The kitchen is contemporary, stylish and open-plan. The sitting room backs onto a private garden, perfect for a sunny summer evening. There is even a projector screen in the downstairs entertainment room, families can enjoy cosy evenings in.

The house comprises 4 spacious bedrooms:
Master bedroom - American King (6ft wide) with deep mattress
Second bedroom - UK King size bed
Third bedroom - A bunk bed with a small double bed and a UK single size bed on top
Fourth bedroom - 1 UK single size bed
Please advise in advance if you request any of the following: baby monitor children’s dinnerware, high chair, Pack n Play, travel crib (Baby Bjorn).
Guests will have access to the entire home.

The house is situated on a residential, tree-lined street just moments from amazing connections across the rest of London. Not only is Hammersmith one of the settings for Charles Dickens' 'Great Expectations', but it is also is one of the best-connected areas of London and is a bustling and exciting place to be. There's even a farmers' market on Lyric Square every Thursday. You will never tire of things to do in and around Hammersmith, with theatres, restaurants, bars and all amenities nearby.
King Street in Hammersmith has all local amenities, including coffee shops and pubs. The Apollo theatre is also just a short walk away. Stentons butchers is around the corner and highly recommended.
If you're feeling active during your stay, try Boom Cycle at the bottom of Hammersmith Grove, or Lumi Power Yoga on King Street.
Holy Cow is a local Indian restaurant with takeaway that comes highly recommended. Chai Naasto is great for Indian street good and is located on Hammersmith Grove. Popeseye Steakhouse on Blythe Road in Olympia serves delicious Aberdeen Angus beef. HG Walter is a famous butchers, frequented by many top London chefs and is well worth a visit for keen cooks. There are pubs galore, including The Havelock Tavern, The Blue Boat, Anglesea Arms, The Bird in Hand and the Colton Arms to name a few. The Grove is an award wining gastropub. Brackenbury Village has various places to eat and drink and has a thriving social scene. The Oak is a casual restaurant ideal for children during the day and perfect for grown ups later on in the day - the pizzas are delicious.
If you're treating yourself or have a special occasion, The River Cafe is a wonderful option, but you will have to book in advance. Try Kerbisher & Malt for some authentic and delicious fish and chips. The Brackenbury Wine Rooms is another popular nearby spot for breakfast or drinks and a bite to eat later in the day. For a sweet treat, try French Patisserie Saint Anne on King Street.
Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's are nearby for your essential groceries, but there are many smaller independent shops on Hammersmith Grove or Brackenbury Village. Boots and Superdrug are both located on nearby King Street and have pharmacies in-store. There is a post office in WH Smith in Kings Mall.
The best cinema is The Olympic in Barnes, but there is also a large Odeon cinema in Westfield shopping centre.
For green spaces, aside from Ravenscourt Park, try Chiswick House or beautiful Kew Gardens.
If you're looking for some peace and quiet, why not walk to Ravenscourt Park - a calming retreat from the busy city. You will find the W6 Garden Centre with a lovely cafe - great for kids. Across the river in nearby Barnes, you will find the London Wetland Centre.
Hammersmith is a fantastic transport hub just 5min walk away. Hammersmith station is in Zone 2 and is served by the Circle, Hammersmith & City Line, District and Piccadilly Line and will connect you to the rest of London with ease.
A slightly further walk away is Shepherd's Bush for the Central Line.
There is also a cargo bike if guests would like to use it.
There are busses stopping right at the bottom of the road.

Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £15 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). A linen change can also be arranged at an extra cost.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
Please note that check-in is between 1pm and 6pm.
A self-check-in outside of these times can be agreed on occasion, but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.
A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
