Spotlessly clean throughout, this lovely spacious 3 bedroom home provides a welcome breath of fresh air within this beautiful region renowned for it's location within the Yorkshire Dales.

The huge advantage of Number 36 is the accessibility to Skipton town centre on foot. Just a 5 minute stroll takes you to the award winning High Street where you can enjoy all the delights of this lovely market town.

Skipton's award-winning High Street is dominated by it's castle, one of the most complete medieval castles in England, which you can explore from the depths of the dungeon to the top of the watchtower before a stroll through the ancient woodland.

The Leeds to Liverpool canal is another place for an amble. It's Britains longest canal at 127 miles and there are boat trips and waterside places to relax for a meal.

Skipton was declared The Sunday Times best place to live in 2014, Britains happiest place by The Independent, most courteous town in 2016, best small outdoor market in 2017 and best large speciality market in 2018!.
