SUPERB PICCADILLY CIRCUS

Located in: London »
Whether it’s a fog-shrouded seascape or a study of the Strand after dark, the true artist sees the world differently.
And after a stay at THE PICCADILLY , I think you’ll be seeing through fresh eyes

The tone is light, the colouring pure and brilliant, and the perspective quite spectacular. And don’t be afraid to look outside the frame. You’ve large windows in each room and, waiting downstairs, a central location to inspire anyone

You are in the heart of Soho, London’s finest area in to draw your own master piece.
Outside, West End is a thrilling corner of the city with restaurants, boutiques and bars in enticing abundance, not to mention Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Regent Street, Oxford Circus... Whether you’re biting into a cupcake or sunning by the Pub round the corner, the question is - why didn’t you come here sooner?

The manner may be minimalist, but this home has style, and cosiness, by the armful. There’s a lot to contemplate in the sitting room, whether it’s the paintings, the photography or your own very good fortune. Squash into one of two armchairs or the large Chesterfield sofa, see the view from the sash windows or seek out the kitchen for lunch. The sitting room’s smart dining table seats eight.

The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. china, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dish washer are provided for a stay of 3 nights. My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs.

I will respond to your questions within very short notice. My reservation team is online 24/7 and will always be able to assist in case I wouldn't be online.
I am online while using the following tools: airbnb thread, e-mail, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), phone, line, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Let me know your preferred communication tool.

One of the world's most visited cities, London has something for everyone: from history and culture to fine food and good times.

Exciting, vibrant and multi-colored - thats London. The trend capital is always in motion, guaranteeing up to date for some it is THE shopping paradise, while others can be inspired by art and music, and others dance the night away in the night clubs in the East End.

London is not the time stops, creating thousands of new trends and still be great cultural tradition and written. Formerly known as Red Light District, Soho is now the NEW WEST END , posh and full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, a popular meeting place for London's smart set, but also for tourists and people who just want to spend a cheerful evening with her friends at a lively place . Soho in the evening is a pedestrian paradise. People from the surrounding offices and tourist conquer the streets and alleys on foot, ignoring the few cars that try to carve a way through the streets.

Art & Culture
A tireless innovator of art and culture, London is a city of ideas and the imagination. Londoners have always been fiercely independent thinkers (and critics), but until not so long ago people were inherently suspicious of anything they considered avant-garde. That’s all in the past now, and the city’s creative milieu is streaked with left-field attitude, from theatrical innovation to contemporary art, pioneering music, writing and design. Food in all its permutations has become almost an obsession in certain circles.

Time Travel
London is immersed in history, with more than its share of mind-blowing antiquity and historic splendour. London’s buildings are eye-catching milestones in the city’s unique and compelling biography, and a great many of them – the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben – are familiar landmarks. There’s more than enough innovation (the Shard, the London Eye, the planned Garden Bridge) to put a crackle in the air, but it never drowns out London’s well-preserved, centuries-old narrative. Architectural grandeur rises up all around you in the West End, ancient remains dot the City and charming pubs punctuate the banks of the Thames. Take your pick.

A Tale of Two Cities
London is as much about wide-open spaces and leafy escapes as it is high-density, sight-packed exploration. Central London is where you will find the major museums, galleries and most iconic sights, but visit Hampstead Heath or the new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to escape the crowds and view the city’s greener hues up close. Or venture even further out to Kew Gardens, Richmond or Hampton Court Palace for excellent panoramas of riverside London.

Diversity
This city is very multicultural, with a third of all Londoners foreign born, representing 270 different nationalities. What unites them and visitors alike is the English language, for this is both our tongue’s birthplace and its epicentre. These cultures season the culinary aromas on London’s streets, the often exotic clothing people wear and the music they listen to. London’s diverse cultural dynamism makes it among the world’s most international cities. And diversity reaches intrinsically British institutions too; the British and Victoria & Albert Museums have collections as varied as they are magnificent, while flavours at centuries-old Borough Market now run the full gourmet and cosmopolitan spectrum.

Why I love London
Like most people, I revel in all Londons familiar landmarks – Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the murky Thames, the London Eye. I still thank the former government that made some of the greatest museums and art galleries in the world free to one and all. The choice of restaurants, bars and clubs is legion, and what’s not to love about a city with more lush parkland than any other world capital? But the one thing that sets my adopted city apart from any other is its amazing tolerance. 'As long as you don’t scare the horses, mate, you’ll be all right here,’ I was told when I arrived here more than 10 years ago. Guess what… It still hasn’t happened.

Please note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. If we want them to understand the 21st century :-)) we should respect normal house rules like.... no party after 10pm, be quiet in the staircase/hallway, don't ring at neighbours bell because you cannot find the key in your handbag, don't throw things out of the window, eg. Just use your common sense.
Although the apartment is on a very high standard and equipped like a serviced apartment - I am still a private host but not a Hotel with fully employed staff and a front desk. Me and my team are always happy to assist - but if can take time to follow your not urgent request (like 1 more towel).
