This traditional market town is brimming with things to discover and has lots of little streets and courtyards.
For family fun you could try Puzzling Place, 1½ miles, a mind boggling attraction based on optical illusions, or the Derwent Pencil Museum, home to the largest pencil in the world. If you like culture, The Theatre By The Lake, 1¾ miles, offers a stunning Lakeside location and award-winning arts and drama.
