The Old Coastguard Cottage is a homely, well situated 3-bedroom, pet
friendly cottage sleeping 4 people comfortably. With beautifully
landscaped, spacious gardens and off road parking, this cottage
provides the perfect base from which to explore all that Mumbles and
the surrounding area has to offer.
The cottage is steeped in history, built around 1870 and built for the
use of the coastguard. Numbers 12 and 13 Upper Church Park were for the
officers, whilst number 14 was for the captain. The garden of
this lovely holiday cottage was used by the coastguard as the parade
ground for all involved.
Kitchen: Entrance hall leads into kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer,
microwave, electric oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Dining Room: Dining table and chairs for 6 people, collection of books.
Wood burner not for use.
Lounge: 2-seater and 3-seater sofa, coffee table, Smart TV, DVD player,
Netflixs and selection of games and DVD's. Access to rear garden. Wood
burner not in use.
Master Bedroom: King sized bed, along with chest of drawers and views
over the garden.
Bedroom 2: Single bed with bedside furniture and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bed with bedside furniture and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Fully-tiled bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash
External: The cottage has a fully landscaped garden with garden
furniture, you see the sea from the top garden and off road parking for
2 small cars. There are 12 steps from the gate to the main entrance.
Sleeps 4: 1 King, 2 Single
C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off street
parking for 2 cars. 1 pet accepted (additional charge/s will apply).
Landscaped garden. £150 refundable security deposit required for this
