Our home is a listed 200 year old Regency property that has been thoughtfully renovated to the highest standards with all the modern conveniences. This stylish and spacious cottage provides all the comforts and luxury of a perfect vacation home.
Ideally located in the heart of Hastings where on-street parking is expensive and notoriously hard to come by (often by permit only), we are delighted to be able to offer our guests Free secured parking right at the doorstep, and a Safe, Flexible, and Hassle-Free Check-In. A convenience truly appreciated by families travelling with children and toddlers. Many of Hasting's top attractions can easily be explore on foot.
Just steps from the door is the stunning Hastings Country Park with its magnificent coastline. The charming and Historic Old Town with its excellent selection of shops, pubs and trendy cafes is a short walk away. And the famous Seafront provides hours of endless fun and entertainment for everyone.
Originally the servants’ quarters for the adjoining Belmont House, this historic Cottage with its arched windows and generous scale retains a sense of historic charm and space.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a separate dining room, a very spacious living room, all fully updated to provide the comforts of the perfect home away from home.
*COURTYARDS AND ENTRANCE*
Upon checking in, guests first enter the tranquil courtyard. Park your car right at the doorstep, descend a short flight of steps that lead into the inner courtyard and cottage entrance. This outdoor area has its own sitting and dining area, perfect for relaxation on fine days.
*KITCHEN AND DINING*
The main entrance into the cottage opens into a country style kitchen that comes ready equipped with modern conveniences like stove, oven, and microwave. Perfect for guests who love to cook!
The separate dining room next to it offers a large space to gather for meals, and enjoy time together. It has an additional TV and a sofa and is often used as a second reception room, playroom, or workspace.
*BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS*
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two floors.
All bedrooms feature the most comfortable beds dressed in luxurious cotton beddings to ensure guests get the best sleep during their stay.
Bedroom 1: This large bedroom on the lower floor has two single beds. On request, the zip-and-link allows it to be converted into a super-king. It has access to its own downstairs shower room.
Bedroom 2 and 3:
Upstairs are two more sunny bedrooms.
The second bedroom offers ultimate comfort with a super-king bed and dual aspects windows.
The third bedroom is smaller but no less comfortable with a large sash window that can set up to sleep one or two.
The upper floor guests are served by a handsome bathroom which features a large enclosed shower, and a beautiful tub looking out a big sash window bathed in plenty of natural light.
The shower room on the ground floor has a walk-in enclosure with rain shower.
*LIVING AND RECEPTION ROOM*
The sun filled upstairs living room has 2 big windows that looks out to the West Hills. With its open fire, two plush comfortable 3-seater sofas, TV and AV equipments, books, DVDs and games for the family, it is a grand space for daytime lounging or cosy evenings in.
Whether seeking a quiet vacation, a short get-away, or a active seaside holiday, the Cottage offers endless possibilities for couples, friends and families.

GETTING AROUND: Getting to other attractions in Sussex and Kent is a breeze with the Cottage conveniently located with easy access by road and by rail. Hastings and Ore Stations are less than a mile away.

*The Cottage is a Self-Catering property - guests have access to the entire Cottage and its grounds. Private Parking Space for up to 2 normal passenger vehicles. (Strictly No commercial vehicle or camper van).
*Maximum stay is 30 days. Please contact owners if you are looking into staying for a longer period.
*Cleaning Fee is charged at £49 per week which includes professional cleaning and all linens.
*Pet fee is charged at £25 per pet per week.
*Free secured private parking is provided for one to two private family sized car on property behind gates. Access through unmade road with width limit. This road is NOT suitable for wide width vehicles such as large commercial vehicles, camper vans, lorries etc.
*The Cottage is a listed two-storey Regency property with a historic cobbled courtyard.
There are stairs on this property and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
