The family bathroom has bath with shower over and WC.
There are 3 bedrooms.
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed & an en-suite shower & WC.

The third bedroom has two single beds (one having a pull out bed under) making three beds.
All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
There is also a travel cot and high chair at the property for your use (please bring with you your own bedding for the cot).
There is ample parking for several cars on the block paved drive.
The car port can be reached from the front , through locked gates, & the rear door. (kitchen)
It can be used as a games area, a table-tennis table is stored in the garage. It simply wheels out and opens up ready for use.
The lovely enclosed rear garden has a log cabin for your use (some children have camped out in it on warm summer nights) and small pond with protected metal cover (parents of small children please beware).
Most of the garden is lawn. There are benches, table & chairs for your use.
Gas and electricity are included in the rental.
BED LINEN is available for £30. Please let us know if you require it.
