With three double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds) and two bathrooms, as well as spacious living/dining areas, it is particularly suited to families or groups of friends looking for space to socialise whilst still affording privacy to every guest.

The living/dining room, the décor of which has a contemporary Scottish twist, is the perfect place for sociable and relaxed evenings, with its comfortable seating and spacious dining area. You will find everything provided for cosy nights in, including digital TV; a DVD player with a selection of DVDs; a feature fire; a music docking station; free wifi; and some board games for when you just want to cocoon yourself in for the evening after an exhausting day of exploring the city’s many attractions.
