Victoria House is a detached Victorian property with its own garden, with gated access to Gold Park, across which the sea is 400 yards away.
It is fitted with a modern luxury kitchen, 16ft x 15ft, with gas/electric range, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a tumble dryer in an outside utility room. A cosy sitting room with working wood burner, 42" TV on Free Sat, and seating for four. there is a UPVC conservatory with furniture, large king-size bedroom with large wardrobe, smaller double bedroom with wardrobe, and a luxury bathroom with bath and thermostatic shower over with glass screen.
This is a two bed-roomed cottage, with sleeping for four people. The larger bedroom SuperKing-size bed can be made up as two singles if requested in advance. An extra child could be accommodated on a z-bed provided upon request. A stairgate is also available on request.
The cottage is very homely and comfortable!
Outside there is a gravelled parking area at the front, large enough for three cars, and a good sized well-stocked back garden, totally dog-proof, and with two patio areas, one perfect for breakfast, looking at the sun coming up, and the other, enclosed by trellis with jasmine, honeysuckle and passion flower, for al fresco dining with gas barbecue, table and chairs, and a pergola with draw-across canopy for those really hot days (yes, we had plenty this year!!).
The garden has access through a gate to Gold park, the seashore and the sea front with the Royal and Manor hotels, Ship restaurant and pub.
From the front door, it is only 50 yards to the village centre, with access to the post office, cafe, veg shop, butchers, charity shop, florists, chemist, hardware store, Fish and chip/American burger bar, gift /art shop, hairdressers, doctors' surgery and fish stall.
A Tesco Express and Spar shop are within half a mile, also a petrol station and two garages.
There are many good dog walks, along the beach, cliff walks and numerous countryside footpath walks, including the railway path, leading on to Pigney's Wood, a wildlife conservation area, which in turn leads on to the Dilham canal, providing a very varied country walk!!
North Walsham is five miles, the Broads 10 miles, Cromer 8 miles away, Sheringham 15 miles and Norwich is 23 miles.

Once you get to Mundesley you need to be on the High Street.
Victoria Road runs down from between the post office and the chemist’s. We are the first detached house on the left, with the gravel parking area.
There is a key safe on the wall to the right of the door. Once payment is made in full, we will furnish you with the combination number.
