This holiday apartment is ideal for two couples or a small family with many activities and attractions in the area including monster spotting!


These serviced apartments at Ardconnel Court offer superbly finished holiday accommodation from light, spacious living areas to superbly fitted and equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Apartments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 each have a private balcony with magnificent views. They are conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the airport, and a few minutes’ walk from bus and rail stations.
The city of Inverness is easily accessed by the A9. Known as the ‘Gateway to the Highlands’, it offers shopping, dining, a rich historic legacy, a lively pub culture and entertainments scene. Or you can wander along the picturesque streets and the banks of the River Ness, enjoying all that this historic and fascinating city has to offer. One of the most striking features is the castle, built high on the south bank of the river. On the north bank, there are riverside walks and a park, plus the Eden Court Theatre complex.
Inverness is ideally placed for touring the wild and spectacular region that is the Highlands, and within a short drive you can experience the magnificent landscapes.
Just four miles outside the city is the quiet village of Culloden, scene of the last battle of the Jacobite Rebellion of 1745-6. The battlefield and visitor centre provide fascinating and poignant insights into the last stand of Bonnie Prince Charlie’s Highland Army, and the devastating aftermath.
Just half an hour away is the Cairngorm National Park, a magnet for sports enthusiasts. Alternatively, you can simply enjoy the quiet, traditional townships, villages, magnificent wildlife and scenery. The Highland Wildlife Park offers wild animals including polar bears and Siberian tigers.
To the east there are the pure white sands of the Moray Firth with its clifftop walks and fishing cruises offering opportunities to spot whales, seals and the resident pod of bottlenose dolphins. Pretty Nairn is a traditional Victorian seaside resort with a promenade, amusements and rides. Or if you’re looking for a break from seaside fun, you can wander down to the restored old fishing quarter and stroll by the harbour.
Going south, the River Ness runs a few miles before emptying into Loch Ness, an unmissable destination for monster hunters, and gateway to many unforgettable hill walks in the high country surrounding this great expanse of water. Drumnadrochit is popular for its pleasure cruises on Loch Ness, while halfway along the north bank stand the ruins of Urquhart Castle, high on a rocky promontory overlooking the loch.
The Highlands are also a paradise for extreme sports, attracting cyclists and mountain bikers, hillwalkers and climbers, kayakers and windsurfers, sailing and abseiling enthusiasts. It is also the home of golf, and there is no shortage of 9-hole and 18-hole courses and links. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
Apartment 1 can be booked together with Apartment 2 (ref UK5746), Apartment 3 (ref UK5747), Apartment 4 (ref UK5748), Apartment 5 (ref UK5749), Apartment 6 (ref UK5750), Apartment 7 (ref UK5751) and Apartment 8 (ref UK5752) to accommodate up to 31 guests.

Living area: With 42’’ Smart TV with Netflix and sound bar.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Smart TV, French doors leading to grounds and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and Smart TV.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.


Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Balcony with sitting-out area and outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional public car park, £2 per day. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £150.
