Coach House in Old Cleeve - sleeps up to 5

Located in: Minehead
Coach House in Old Cleeve is an ideal spot to base yourself for exploring and enjoying the Quantock Hills, the Brendon Hills and Exmoor National Park. It's also not far from the coast at Blue Anchor and the West Somerset Steam Railway runs nearby too! Sorry, no children under 14 years please.

The Coach House is a modernised characterful, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottage in the quaint village of Old Cleeve. Originally housing the coachman and his family, it has been tastefully updated and extended.

A great place to unwind, the peaceful village of Old Cleeve is away from the main roads yet the location is ideal for exploring and enjoying the Exmoor National Park, Dunster Castle, the Quantock Hills and the Brendon Hills. Perfect for cyclists, walkers or exploring by car. It's just over a mile from the beach at Blue Anchor and the West Somerset Steam Railway runs nearby too. Set in a bright, elevated position, the views of the surrounding countryside, the Bristol Channel and Wales beyond are outstanding.

The cottage is very well appointed with a sitting room, spacious kitchen, dining room and even a separate TV room. On the ground floor, there is a utility area and a downstairs shower room with toilet and hand basin. The stairs from the main entrance hallway lead to the first floor landing which serves two double bedrooms, both of which can be made up as twin beds or large doubles (super-king size). There is also another shower room with toilet and hand basin and also a large walk-in wardrobe area.

Both bedrooms can be made up as double (super-king size) or twin beds. The beds will be made up as one double and one twin, unless otherwise requested in advance.

Security deposit
£40 cash deposit to be paid upon arrival, this deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, providing there are no breakages or damage.

Please note, no children under 14 years of age. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Modern and well-equipped kitchen
Appliances: Oven and induction hob; Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine.
Other kitchen equipment includes toaster, kettle, cookware, saucepans, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
Lounge with gas fire; separate TV room; dining room.
A television (with free-sat) is provided in the living room and wireless broadband is available throughout the property.
Wifi, electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Coach House has gas central heating.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. The cottage is equipped with saucepans and crockery, salt and pepper mills, cleaning materials and toilet rolls.

Coach House is situated within the grounds of the owners large Edwardian House (which offers 4 star B&B). There are two other holiday cottages on the same site (The Pippins sleeps 2 and The Bramleys sleeps 4). There is a small enclosed courtyard area (with bench) to rear of the Coach House. The guests are also welcome to make use of the shared gardens which enjoy seating areas with stunning views across the surrounding countryside, to the coast at Blue Anchor Bay and to Wales beyond.
There is parking for up to two cars in the drive beside the Coach House.

This property is strictly non-smoking.

The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.
