Newly built brand new stylish two bedroom apartment. Has a 24 hour concierge at reception plus elevator. Open plan, well-equipped dinning-kitchen with laundry facilities. Comfortable sitting area with Netflix TV and free Wifi. Stylish sliding doors leading out to balcony with sitting area. It's a cool part of town absolutely SAFE day or night. Three minute walk to Caledonian road station, being on the Piccadilly line it's one stop to Kings Cross International or direct train to Heathrow airport.
This apartment is within boarder of zone 1 and 2, with walking distance to King's Cross and the public transport links are fantastic to get around. There is a bus stop outside of the apartment and a 3 minute walk to the station. We are very close to trendy Upper Street and the famous Camden Town Market, ( which I highly recommend)
The apartment is Three minutes walk to Caledonian road station, which is on the Piccadilly line. It's one stop to Kings Cross or same train Covent Garden. You can take the same line direct to Heathrow Airport.
Light airy, comfortable apartment. Situated in a newly built building decorated and fully updated with a modern look throughout. It's on Caledonian road which leads to Kings Cross and St Pancras international station. Sainsbury's super market is next to the station for all your food shopping. There are many coffee shops from Starbucks to Costa coffee and my favourite 'Sunday' Cafe.
The building as a 24 hour concierge service, easy elevator access to the apartment. With no added steps to the building or apartment it has easy access for wheelchair users or push chairs. With under floor heating throughout and easy to use control pads in each room for maximum comfort.
Lounge: Open plan, bright modern, seats six people with access to private balcony. Cosy corner seating area (sofa bed) for relaxing or watching TV. Dinning table can seat up to six people.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen over looking the living area. Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker. Good quality cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided as well as enough utensils and pots, catering for up to six people.
Bedroom 1: Large double bedroom, UK king size bed (US queen) with ample space and storage space with laptop work area.
Bedroom 2: Good size double room with double size bed (US full) with ample storage space and en-suite shower and bathroom.
Bathroom: Newly tiled and spacious with walk in shower enclosure. Sink unit and toilet.
Outside Space: There is a large sliding door to balcony space with seating area. Caledonian park is five minutes walk and has childrens play area. It also has woodland and a working 19th century clock tower.
Overall: The apartment is modern and spacious. The accommodation would suit individual on long or short stay for work or holiday trip as well as groups of friends and family. The apartment is suitable for young children. Six people can absolutely sleep here comfortably.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHECK IN:
Once booking is confirmed I will forward guest details to our concierge at reception. Concierge is available 24/7 and will be aware of your arrival. Apartment keys can be collected there.
CHECK in is from 3pm:
We have all been there when we want to check in late or early. Late check in is not a problem as our 24 hour concierge will be there to help with check in. I will try my best for early check in requests if the apartment is ready.
Check out is at 11am:
We are unable to arrange late check out as we need the apartment back for our next guest.
I will always be at the other end of a phone call, email or text. If there is any problems with the accommodation I can always come round.
Other things to note:
No smoking, parties, or events
Check-in time is 3PM - 2AM (next day)
- We want our guest to enjoy our apartment, but please treat the property and its possession as you would in your own home. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay or does not return it to the concierge an £80 fee will apply.
- Quiet hours are from 9pm tp 9am
- Please no shoes in the apartment unless it's soft sole slippers.
You must also acknowledge
No parking on property - Can park in pay and display nearby, or I like to use 'Just Park' great for using other peoples space and cheaper to.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £200
