Located within the Golden Sands Holiday Park in a quiet and predominately privately owned well kept area of the park with full use of its additional facilities for park holiday makers.
Furnished to a high standard, everything you may need is provided including all bed linen, bathroom towels, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable with ample storage and fully sprung mattresses.
Interior and exterior dinning spaces are provided for meals and evenings relaxing outside when possible. The large comfortable lounge has use of a Freeview TV/DVD player (HDMI input available) and a Bluetooth DAB Radio/CD player.
Located within one of Park Holidays two holiday parks in Dawlish Warren, guests can enjoy the facilities of each park - four swimming pools and two fantastic clubhouses all within walking distance. Having a reputation for providing some of the best holiday park entertainment around, and you can enjoy top class shows on most nights. With Loopy Club, an adventure playground, and a designated play area for the under 5's there's plenty to keep younger children happy.
If you wish the Clubhouses & Nightly Entertainment, Restaurants, Amusements and Swimming pools are all available for £6 per guest for the duration of your stay during the holiday season. Passes are available from the Guest Office at the West side of the Golden Sands Park near the clubhouse.
Additionally there are laundry facilities and a children's play area and grounds available all year around.
Professional service WiFI is available for free in the Clubhouse and available for a daily or weekly fee throughout the parks accommodation and grounds.

Devon also has an array of acclaimed restaurants. Many chefs flock to this tourist hotspot to set up their restaurants, so you won’t be short of quality places to eat. The Anchor Inn at Cockwood is a nearby gem.
Also don’t forget to sup a pint of the local "Scrumpy" Cider during your Devon stay. That and a cream tea truly a must!

Air & Rail -Exeter Airport is 13.5 miles or 35 minutes away by car. Dawlish Warren is direct by train from Exeter Central or Exeter St Davids having links direct to London.
By car Exeter, Exmouth, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Torbay, Newton Abbot and Plymouth are all with in an hour or so. The stunning heart of Devon- Dartmoor is easily accessible as is the stunning coastline and all its nook and crannies.

Locally you can journey in minutes by train to Dawlish, Teignmouth, Paighton & Torquay, Newton Abbot, Totnes and beyond.
Regular local bus services serve all the above local and major locations with bus stops located in the village centre.
Just one train stop away the Starcross to Exmouth ferry operates, providing a stunning way to see the River Exe Estuary and enjoy the Exmouth resort. Please do check times as tides will vary and it may be easier to get the train in one direction.
Local Bike hire offers the opportunity to experience the Exe Estuary Trail. This newly constructed cycle trail offers an almost entirely traffic-free, wonderfully level route which forms part of the South Coast NCN No.2. The trail takes you right around the Exe Estuary from Dawlish to Exmouth, passing through such pretty villages of Starcross, Topsham and Lympstone.
