About the apartment:
This 50 square meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building without a lift. It is surrounded by many famous landmarks and places. You will benefit from a relaxing atmosphere inside the tastefully decorated home. It features hardwood flooring throughout. There is a small private balcony for your enjoyment (smoking is strictly forbidden).
The apartment has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with local channels and more. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep 2 additional guests if necessary (additional linens are provided). There is a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the flat. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 should you feel like eating at home instead of dining out in one of the great South Kensington restaurants.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can easily prepare simple meal. The flat is also equipped with a clothes washing and drying machine and iron and board for your convenience, allowing you to pack lightly and save room in your luggage for some special London souvenirs.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. All bedding and linens are provided, and you will find the beds neatly made on arrival. Each bedroom has access to a small balcony.
The bathroom is accessible via the hallway and is outfitted with a combination bathtub/shower, sink, towel warmer and toilet. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 guests. You will also receive complementary travel-size shampoos, soaps, shower gels and toilet paper rolls to start off your stay. A hair dryer is available for your use.
The flat is heated during the colder months of the year. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, but fans are provided to keep you cool during your stay. Our Welcoming Team will come and meet you upon arrival, give you a tour of the flat, get you connected to the Wi-Fi and give you the keys to the flat. The South Kensington area is one of the most central, safe and family-friendly neighbourhoods in London. Its residential streets are lined with beautiful architecture and typical mews houses. No visit to London would be complete without passing by Kensington Palace and Gardens, home to Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton.
The nearest Tube Stations, Gloucester Road and South Kensington Underground Stations (Piccadilly, Circle and District lines), provide an easy way to navigate around the rest of the city. From here you can easily reach some of the other major tourist sites in London including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Piccadilly Circus and the West End and more. The London Underground also provides and easy link to Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports.
A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat. For bookings valued over £1000, payment may be required via bank transfer. Regarding a late check-in (after 7:00PM) Please remember that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel room. We try to be as accommodating as possible. However, in the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 £ late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 £. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 £. After 1:00AM there will be a 100£ check-in fee.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).
