Your gorgeous apartment is only a 10 minute walk from Barons Court Underground station, a mere 5 stops away from Victoria in Central London. Here you’ll find access to National Rail services and national coach services for both Megabus and National Express. This is London’s transport hub, with Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports all accessible within an hour and fantastic, country wide, transport links all converge here.
The apartment itself is gorgeous. It’s an enormous, brightly lit space, with a beautiful open plan living and dining area. There’s a massive skylight above this room, providing lots of natural light to illuminate your stay. You’d be forgiven for spending a lot of time here; with a TV, DVD player and wireless Internet to keep you and your family occupied if you have a night in. With every amenity you would expect from your own home, this is the perfect place to base yourself for your London visit.
Hammersmith, too, is well worth exploring. With restaurants and supermarkets to suit every taste, a vibrant art community and bustling businesses, Hammersmith is an area where something is always happening. The bordering boroughs, too, are amazing. A short journey to the east will find you in Kensington; one of the most beautiful locations in the whole city. With white fronted houses, rooftop parties and the rich and famous walking the streets, this is the place to be.
South Kensington, too, houses one of the most remarkable stretches of road in the world. Within a 5 minute radius you’ll find The Natural History Museum, The Science Museum, Imperial College London and the The Victoria and Albert Museum, standing proudly in this incredible cultural hub.
A further 20 minutes on the tube you’ll find yourself in the heart of this bustling metropolis. You’ll emerge from Westminster tube station to find another amazing piece of culture and history. Big Ben looms over the city and the river, with the Houses of Parliament and Palace of Westminster adding to this surreal picture. The piece de resistance though remains Westminster Abbey. This fabulous building has housed Royal Weddings for generations, the most recent being the marriage of Prince William to Kate Middleton, now the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
With London’s commercial hub an hour away from your doorstep and some of the world’s most beautiful and important cultural monuments even closer, this is the perfect location to base your London adventure. This stunning apartment is almost fully booked, so call now to avoid disappointment.
House Rules - Additional Rules:
The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!
There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
• Maximum group size: 5
• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee

***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this.
