This two-bedroom Victorian property has been beautifully refurbished, and sits on a residential street in New Charlton area. Situated just a five minute walk from Charlton railway station, it has easy access to both Greenwich town centre and central London. The flat is on the ground floor with a private garden and terrace for you to enjoy a morning coffee on warm days, and dining outside in the evenings. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living and dining room, and a kitchen. For up to four guests, this is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring the exciting City of London!
Rich in character and stylishly decorated, this charming garden flat is very ideal for a small group of travelers or a family of four. As you go into the flat you walk straight into the long, open-plan living and dining room which sits at the front of the flat. Towards the rear is the kitchen, followed by the double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs in the basement is the master bedroom and main bathroom.

The flat is very spacious, and has been tastefully refurbished with designer fittings and quirky artwork. The downstairs living-dining area has gorgeous wooden floors, a vintage fireplace and grey coloured sofas surrounding a Smart TV. Complemented by modernist art prints and cubic shelving, the sunlit living room has a large wooden table for all guests to sit and enjoy home-cooked meals together.
Down the steps is the modern kitchen, equipped with every appliance you would need to create a delicious meal. The cupboards are stocked with dishes and dining ware, cooking utensils and crockery. There is also a washing machine available which you are more than welcome to use during your stay.
The master bedroom sits in the basement of the flat and is a large, spacious room decorated with printed cushions and bright flowers. A king size bed sits in the middle of the room, with drawers surrounding for you to store belongings. The second bedroom is to the rear of the flat and has a door leading out to the garden. The room features a double bed, a wardrobe to hang clothes, and an en-suite bathroom. All beds will be spotlessly made up with white, hotel style linen.
There are two bathrooms in the flat - one of which is an en-suite bathroom to the double bedroom. The en-suite has a power shower, toilet and basin. Sitting next to the master bedroom, the main bathroom is very spacious and newly renovated with exposed brick work and modern tiling. It features a large bathtub, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for all guests.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Situated in leafy South-East London, you are a 30-minute walk from Greenwich town centre. From there, you can visit the Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory building, Greenwich Park, National Maritime Museum, and the Old Royal Naval College (including the ‘Painted Hall’). The world heritage site has a range of entertainment options, including Greenwich Food Market and the O2 Arena, which hosts some of the world’s biggest artists and sports stars. You also have Odeon and Picturehouse cinema halls, gourmet restaurants, traditional English pubs, and a 19th-century theatre hall in walking distance of the property.
Charlton railway station is less than five minutes walk from your home. From there you can get to London Bridge (30 minutes) and Kings Cross (40 minutes). The Emirates Air Line cable car offers outstanding views of London if you want to cross the river. If you prefer to stay on foot, the Thames walkway is a charming way to explore the area.
