This brilliant property is in a fabulous location, close to transport links, shops, bars and many of London’s main tourist attractions. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This would be a perfect place for up to 4 people looking to stay in the heart of Central London.
This fabulous property is located in down a pretty street close to cafe and shops. The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible to via a set of stairs.

LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The living area has a comfortable sofa and chair which are great places to sit and relax after a long day out exploring what central London has to offer.
The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are pots, cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine which we will provide coffee pods for.
There will also be a dining table in here which will seat 4 people comfortably.
Both of the bedrooms have sumptuous double beds which will be spotlessly made up using white hotel quality linen. There is also plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings neatly away.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as possible. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything :)
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Should the above policies are not respected, we reserve the right to apply a penalty fee to the guest for any damages caused to the property
You will have access to the whole property.
Linen, bed sheets, body lotion and shampoo will be provided :)
Interaction with Guests:
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Marylebone is an affluent area in Central London and is home to some of London’s main tourist attractions. This includes the home of the most famous, fictional detective in the world, Sherlock Holmes, or rub shoulders with the stars at Madame Tussauds which is just a 10 minute walk away. Oxford Street which is London’s most famous shopping street is a 7 minute walk away.
This property is in a fabulous location in terms of being able to get around London quickly and easily.
Bond Street- 8 minute walk ( Central and Jubilee lines)
Oxford Circus- 11 minute walk ( Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines)
If you would prefer to travel around London via bus there are a number of bus stops along Oxford Street.
