Located on the edge of the Manor Park complex, Jolie is a large lodge of a very high standard with lawned area to the rear and benefiting from all day sunshine – perfect for relaxing and children to play safely. Willow trees give shade for in warmer weather. Manor Park, Hunstanton is open 11 months of the year with Clubhouse having a restaurant and bar, and full entertainment package including bands, singers and bingo. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and amusements, There is a new indoor swimming pool, children’s play area and launderette. Tesco supermarket is only seconds by car or a short walk – totally convenient, as is the bus stop right outside which travels every 20 minutes to Kings Lynn and up to Hunstanton town centre and through to Cromer and Sheringham. A ‘land train’ also stops nearby which travels up to the Lighthouse via a stop near the town centre and back again. What more could a family ask for?!
Convenient off-road parking for two cars is available in this quiet corner of the park and visitors’ passes are available to allow entry into the club’s facilities. Garden furniture with table and parasol are also provided for both front and rear of the patio. Charcoal BBQ. There is gas radiator central heating in all rooms and the lodge is mostly carpeted throughout.
The property is very comfortably furnished throughout and offers excellent quality accommodation comprising; Steps from veranda into hallway with door into spacious open plan ‘L’-shaped lounge having patio doors, feature electric fire, ample soft seating and dining area. Sky Tv with DVD, and a selection of Dvds. Kitchen with gas oven and hob and Utility room with door to verandah.
Two bedrooms perfectly designed to cater for storage and clothing, one with a double bed with memory foam mattress and the other with full adult size twins. The double has it’s own en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, plus there is also a family bathroom having bath with shower over, washbasin and WC.
If bringing your own travel cot , please note that there is no space for this in either bedroom, but can be put up in the lounge area.

Returnable breakage deposit £100. (RBD) Owners will contact guest to collect payment nearer the holiday. Once owner receives payment then guest will be issued with arrival and departure details a week prior to their arrival. RDB is refunded back on to guests payment card a few days after their stay after owner/cleaner has confirmed no damages.
HUNSTANTON has always been very popular since it was built by the Victorians over a century ago. With its safe, sandy beaches, glorious panoramic west facing sunsets, host of entertainment and amusements, plus being within easy reach of a host of places of interest, it offers endless attractions to all who visit. Trips to Seal Island, Theatre, Sea Life Centre, water sports, shops, supermarkets, plenty of places to eat and drink and to visit from the fun fair at one end of the promenade to the striped cliffs at the other.
