As you enter this ground floor apartment into the hallway, the property consists of open plan kitchen and living room area with a double bedroom and bathroom also. the main bedroom is to the left and the bathroom right ahead. The double glazing keeps this apartment quiet, and the dark flooring and light walls keep the interior modern yet relaxing.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN
The contemporary kitchen is a spacious and comfortable room. Moorish tiles cover the walls of the kitchen which is fully fitted with all of the utensils you would need to cook a good meal.
There is also a dishwasher and washing machine which you are, of course, welcome to use.
There is a lovely glass dining table with chairs for you to have dinner in and relax, which is also good for use as a workspace with a laptop.
In the light from the floor to ceiling window is the more comfortable living space. An elegant coffee table and sofa fill the space, leaving you with ample room to relax after a day exploring the city.
The master bedroom has a double bed and large floor to ceiling windows. These open up as patio doors, perfect for getting a breeze in the hot summer.
The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space, and the bed will be made up with hotel quality linen ahead of your arrival.
The master bathroom has a full length bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.
Large fluffy white towels and some complimentary toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat.

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
The apartment is situated Just a short walk from the capital’s famous castle, alongside union canal.
The canal and the Edinburgh Quay is a thriving area, with convenient alfresco waterside dining where you can watch the colourful boats go by. There’s always plenty of activity both on and off the water, with walkers, joggers and cyclists enjoying the newly upgraded towpath, and rowers and boaters taking to the water. Edinburgh Quay is also the venue for the annual Edinburgh Canal Festival.
This apartment is also perfectly placed for exploring all of Edinburgh's best attractions. Whether you are here for history, Harry Potter or the famous Fringe festival, you couldn't be in a more perfect location for your trip!
The apartment is just a 15 minute walk from Haymarket station, and a 25 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley station.
From the aiport it is a 35 minute journey via Airlink 100 to the apartment, or a 45 minute tram journey.
If you are driving, the nearest parking is Britannia Parking on Edinburgh Quay, which will cost around £3 for 2 hours.
