The apartmemt is quite luxurious and bright with a sense of elegance courtesy of the retained Georgian features. The flat consists of a spacious lounge/dining area with TV and a fireplace with electric living flame fire as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is brand new bathroom with large tub and shower and two comfortable bedrooms with hotel-quality linens and towels. The high ceilings and large windows makes the space airy and light throughout.
Guests will have unrestricted access to the whole apartment including free Wifi.

The New Town is a central area of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. It is often considered to be a masterpiece of city planning, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built in stages between 1765 and around 1850, and retains much of the original neo-classical and Georgian period architecture. Northumberland street is located minutes walk away from Queen Street, George Street and Princes Street. The bus and tram station as well as Waverley train station are all minutes walk away.
Edinburgh is very easy to navigate and get around. My apartment is a walking distance from most places or you can use Edinburgh's excellent bus network to go anywhere in the City. Edinburgh has a fantastic transport system, with regular Lothian buses throughout the day and night. The bus costs £1.60 for an adult for any distance during the day, and family & day passes are available. The night service is more limited in routes, runs hourly, and is £3.50 for an adult. The tram is a great link between the City Centre and the airport and runs regularly. The tram stop is on Princes Street which is just a 15 minutes' walk from the front door of the apartment.
Waverley railway station is located at the East End of Princes Street and Princes Street bus station is located towards the East End of Queen Street - both within a 10 minute walking distance from the apartment.
The City also has an abundance of taxis as well as the services of Uber. You can also rent out a bike and use it to get about by taking the various bike roads including the ones leading to Dean Village or the Albert Dock Basin which is situated close to Royal Yacht Britannica and Ocean Terminal.
