Located in the heart of Birmingham, this luxury Apartment is ideal for Families, Friends and group of like minded individuals who aspire to stay in a peaceful accommodation overlooking the beautiful communal space within the block of Apartments.
With complimentary Continental Breakfast and Free Car Parking in the City Centre, Guests should have an experience worth boasting about.
We are delighted to offer a Free 24 hour self check in to all our Guests who book with us up to 9pm on the day.

The Apartment consists of 2 Double bedrooms and a spacious lounge with an open plan kitchen.
The master bedroom has built in cupboards and the second bedroom has a work desk and clothes hanging rail with shelves.
The Apartment has a view of the beautiful communal patio with lights and plantation.

Guests can access the Apartment from 2 entrances; pedestrian entrance on Granville Street with a fob ; or in a car through the electronic gates leading to 24 hour FREE underground allocated car parking space with another fob.

My colleagues and I can be available to assist with anything generally related to the Apartment via the messaging app and our mobiles.
We are very respectful of Guests' privacy and will only contact them in a matter of emergency, whereby we may need access to the apartment.

Brindley Place, Five Ways Entertainment Centre, ICC, Grand Central and City Centre are within minutes of walking distance.

Although most places are walking distance, there are ample buses, trams, local trains to get around.

There are a lot of owner occupiers in the block,and we would be grateful if you could respect their privacy and keep the noise levels low, especially between 10pm and 8am.
This makes it one of the safest Apartment blocks in the Birmingham City Centre which is well maintained by the management company.

1) Due to the secure nature of the special locks and keys, if a Guest loses or damages the key, they will be liable to pay for a replacement of the lock and the keys. The charges for this replacement including the specialised locking system, replacement of Car Parking fob, door fob and labour is £300.
Callout charge to enter and stay in the Apartment will be £30 before 6pm and £50 after 6pm. This is additional charge on top of the replacement charges mentioned above(£300)
2) Not to use or occupy nor permit the Apartment to be used or occupied for any purpose whatsoever other than as a private residence for family or friends.
3) Not to store petrol or other inflammable material on the demised premises.
4)The roads, footpaths, ways, common areas, lifts and entrances on the estate shall not be obstructed or encumbered with bicycles, prams, boxes or other objects and entrance doors to the Apartment shall be kept closed.
5) No dirt, rubbish, rags or other refuse shall be thrown into the sinks, shower tray waste, lavatories, cisterns or waste or soil pipes in the apartment.
6) Guests are requested to remove outdoor shoes by the entrance of the apartment indoor and store them in the shoe cabinet/shelf provided.
7) 1 Allocated Car Parking space to be used by Guests during the stay only in the underground car park.
8) BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the estate.
9) No washing or clothing shall be hung or placed on any part of the communal parts of the site.
Internal Electric radiators must NOT be used for drying clothes as it can be a FIRE HAZARD.
10) Consumption and possession of Drugs are prohibited on the premises.
11) Bins inside the apartment to be emptied in Black bins on -1 level car park communal bins before checkout.
12) All used linen and towels to be kept in the bath tub before checkout to protect the environment.

13)Noise and Music must be lowered between 10pm and 8am, especially in the communal parts of the estate. Any Anti Social behaviour within or outside the premises during the period of stay will not be tolerated. Neighbours can exercise their right to call the Police in extreme situations and Guests may have to leave the Apartment in the middle of their stay.

14) Any premium channels purchased on TV will have to be paid for after checkout.
15) Any illegal material downloaded will be notified to the relevant authorities.
16) All Cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils used must be washed, dried and put away in its respective place.
17) No item of linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, or any item of furniture or electronic devices should be removed from the Apartment.
18) Late checkout charges will be £20 per hour after 11am.
19) If ChangeOver Team find more people stayed at the Apartment than what was mentioned in the Booking, extra cleaning charges will apply subject to the number of extra hours required to clean @£30 per hour.
