This is a new, beautifully renovated charming one double bedroom quiet ground floor home with all it’s original features intact. It has a bright, elegant reception room with dining table for 6, large T.V. and WiFi. There is a large sunny separate fully equipped kitchen. Both reception room and kitchen have sliding folding oak doors fully opening up the rooms onto the sunny private patio garden where you can have a candlelit supper on a warm evening.

The location of this property makes the flat quite unique: It is in a very up-market area of London, just off the fabulously expensive and renowned Cheyne Walk (runs along the river) and literally minutes from the legendary Kings Road and some of the best shops, cafes, bars and pubs. If you enjoy walking, there are some great walks on both sides of the river and the beautiful Battersea Park is a 10 minute walk away. In the summer it is great fun ambling around watching groups playing softball and having picnics or using the Park restaurant and enjoying concerts. There is a docking station with Barclays (Boris) bikes to hire just around the corner from the flat. There are very many docking stations around London where you can drop the bikes off once you are tired!

The bus service on the Kings Road takes you everywhere you will want to go and it is such a fun way of seeing London from the top deck! But if you prefer taxis, The Victoria & Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum are a 10-minute taxi ride away, while London's major tourist attractions, such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Big Ben, Tower of London and exclusive Knightsbridge/Sloane avenue shopping are 15 minutes from the flat by taxi. The nearby (5 minutes) Imperial Wharf Station has direct trains to Clapham Junction (three minutes) and Westfield Shopping Centre (six minutes). The links from Clapham Junction take you directly to Victoria (Buckingham Palace) in five minutes and 45 minutes to Windsor Castle. Imperial Wharf also connects in one stop/five mins to West Brompton which gives access via the District line to the whole City.

Transport to and from the airports is very easy.
HEATHROW: A 6 minute bus (C3) or a taxi to Earls Court tube station and then a direct tube to Heathrow taking approx 38 minutes.
GATWICK: A 9 minute taxi ride to Victoria train station and then the Gatwick express which runs every 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes.

Just around the corner from the flat is the Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Marina. It has a gym, swimming pool and Spa which you can use for a charge per day or for a month (worth it if you stay for more than 4 days!). It also has an elegant bar/restaurant where you can sit on the balcony overlooking the boats in the Marina. Next to the hotel is the very well known Chelsea Harbour Design Centre with all it's fabulous home design/fabric shops + coffee/snack bars. Two minutes away are two antique/furniture auction houses. One of them, Lots Road Auction House, is very well known in London and has an auction every Sunday with viewings Wednesday evening through till Sunday.

A minute's walk from the flat is the famous 606 jazz club where you can have supper or a drink whilst listening to an eclectic selection of musicians.

If you would like to play golf, there is a Public Course in the beautiful surroundings of Richmond Park. An 18 hole and 9 hole full size courses. Weekends should be booked in advance.
There is also a course at Cobham in Surrey called the Silvermere Golf and Leisure Ltd. It is approx 17 miles by car or by train from Imperial Wharf/Clapham Junction.
