Beautiful first floor flat in Westbourne Arcade. One of a pair of just launched flats above the wonderfully traditional hardware store right in the heart of the Grade Two listed Arcade. Excellent array of award winning eateries literally on your doorstep plus charmingly quirky independent shops, vintage tea rooms, tiny cinema and even somewhere to buy a new ukulele. Perfect base to explore the beaches of Bournemouth, Sandbanks and beyond.
The Space:
The flat has been kitted out with boutique hotel comforts including king sized bed and spacious bathroom, lovely linens and fluffy towels, with luxury Bramley products for you to use during your stay. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, oven and induction hob and dishwasher. Plus there is a Nespresso Machine and Dualit toaster microwave and kettle.
Guest Access:
The communal front door leads to just our two flats - first floor and top (second) floor. Once inside the flat you have the run of the place - one bedroom, shower room and open plan kitchen/lounge.There is a washer drier, and iron/ironing board in a separate laundry room available by arrangement for guests on longer stays.

The fully kitted kitchen is a great place to take a Nespresso or a glass of something chilled and you can relax with Netflix on the sofa after a day taking in the charms of Westbourne.

Please note: The living room of the flat overlooks Westbourne Arcade so during the day you can hear the pleasant background noise of shoppers. Its quiet at night time from around 6pm. The bedroom is nice and quiet as it overlooks the Church at the back.

As the front door is right inside the Arcade, there is obviously no parking immediately outside the flat. However if you do arrive by car, there is free one hour parking on nearby streets so you can easily unload your bags and then use the long stay car park (£5 for 24 hours) which is 5 mins walk away. All details will be in the Welcome Pack provided once bookings are confirmed.
Interaction with Guests:
We offer guests the flexibility to check in to suit their arrival plans so will arrange key box access and 24 hour back up contact, along with detailed instructions. Our friends at AirSW will be hosting on our behalf.
The Neighborhood:
The ever appealing Westbourne Arcade is host to an eclectic mix of artisan and vintage shops, cafés and even a small, 19 seat cinema! The wonderful Vintage Lounge Tea shop is right opposite and you will certainly get a warm welcome.

Westbourne itself is a veritable foodie paradise. We have enjoyed London standard Japanese food at MiYa, lethal cheese and wine at Ranouf's bar, fabulous modern Indian at Indi's, delicious toasties at Petit Prince and proper artisan coffee and croissants at Coffee Saloon. Gregory Porter also likes to name check Chez Fred known far and wide as the best Fish and Chip shop ever!
Make sure you also venture beyond and do the wonderful walk through the leafy woodland down to the golden sands of Alum Chine Beach. There's a cafe at the end with a lovely seafront terrace.
