The Tentrr Terra Optima Farm campsite is a camp on a grassy site with a wooded backdrop. A short pleasant walk past our woods pastured pigs leads you to the farm barnyard where you will be greeted by donkeys, horses, chickens, goats, lambs and pigs.
The Farm is home to several rescues including Charlotte our nine year old pig and Orrie our pick pocketing Donkey, as well as a myriad of others.
We have an eighty year old cider orchard which is lovely to walk through on your way to the trail leading down to Allen Brook. An old mill site is still standing not far from the trail’s end.
The nearby Mill Pond also a short walk is a nice place to glide a canoe or kayak across.
Loons, Mallard ducks, Canadian geese make their home here. On occasion a mother deer will bring her twin fawns to the shore to drink.
Close to Camden, Rockport and Belfast, the mid coast area is chock full of hiking trails and boating areas. There are also very fine dining experiences available to those wanting to explore our foodie scene.
This is an exclusive Tentrr site. Tentrr offers fully-equipped individual campsites on beautiful private land.
