This one-story elegant foothills home has expansive views, a resort-like pool & spa, outdoor grill, and more. Pool may be heated upon request. You have access to the main home, a private backyard, private patio, and access to the pool & grill area, which may or may not be shared, depending upon whether the host or their guests are staying in the guest house. The guest house on the property which may or may not be occupied at any time. You are welcome to rent out the guest house if you like for an additional fee.
We have multiple homes and lots of furniture, so from time-to-time we switch up the decor. The furniture at check-in time may not be the exact same as pictured. We do our best to update pictures.

Guest Count: The booking price is calculated based on the number of guests you entered. Please ensure your total guest count is accurate before booking to ensure you are paying the correct amount.
Pool Heating Fee: Please note there is a separate fee to heat the pool. This allows us to keep our base booking rates lower for everyone and allows us to conserve energy by not heating the pool for guests don't need or want that service. If you wish to have the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Here are our season rates:
- Oct - Nov: $50 per night minimum 3 nights
- Dec-Feb: $75 per night minimum 4 nights
- Mar-May: $50 per-night minimum 3 nights
- June - Sept: NO CHARGE
These rates are to heat the pool to 86f max. Please understand that pool heating may not be available if the pool heater cannot heat the water to at least 84f. Ours is a newer and high quality pool heater. However, if it's too cold out (like below 45-50f on average) of for unforeseen malfunction, then heating the pool may not be possible. The hot tub has a cover and is easier to heat and keep hot. So, heating the hot tub is included with all bookings!
Overnight Visitors: Any visitors who stay past midnight will be considered additional guests and subject to a $25 per night fee. Our standard rates are based on up to 5 guests. If you entered 5 guests or less at time of booking, then you were charged our base rate. If you entered 5 or less when booking and you then have more than 5 guests who stay overnight, you will be charged $25 per guest per night regardless of the number of nights guests stay. In all cases the maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded unless approved in writing by the Host. Exceeding max occupancy may result in immediate booking termination.
Extra Bed Requests: Extra high-quality memory foam beds are available up upon request and when available. Setup and removal is $95 per bed.
Crib Setup/Breakdown: $95 for either a small or full-size crib.
Child's Highchair Rental: $45
Parking: Please do not block the mailbox when parking on the street. Carport parking is available in front of the garage. The garage is not available for guest use unless permitted by Host in writing and in advance of your trip.
Parties / Events: Small parties (18 people total including registered guests) may be allowed only with host's written approval and for a charge of $250 per event. A party is any gathering that includes 3 or more non-guest visitors on property at any one time. All parties must be requested by person booking and paid for prior to booking. Dinner parties are fine. Keg / booze parties with people getting drunk, loud, disorderly, etc. are not permitted. In addition to the guest limitation, and all non-guest visitors are to vacate the premises before midnight. Quite time is from 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 .m., so all party guests should return indoors after 10:30 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors.
Unauthorized parties will result in $500 fee and immediate termination of booking. The person who books is responsible for the conduct of their guests and responsible for any damages.
Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs weighing a maximum of 20 lbs each or less are allowed with an additional $50 per dog fee. Guests must provide dog breed and weight information prior to booking and receive host written approval. Guests must provide proof of current vaccinations for all pets. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of, otherwise a $100 cleaning fee will be applied after check-out. Any pet damage (furniture, flooring, etc.) will also be charged after check-out. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property.
Service Animal requests must be submitted using our forms, which must be signed by a licensed physician treating the condition. If you wish to claim a service animal, contact us to obtain these forms before booking.
Post-Stay Clean-up Requests:
Checkout by 10 a.m., at which time maid service promptly starts.
Use paper towels/towelettes to remove makeup and clean messes (not cloth towels)
Only use cloth towels to dry clean bodies. Please help us keep towels stain free!
Bag all trash and place in outside containers.
Empty loose recycles directly into outside container - don't bag recycles!
Run dishwasher, put away all dishes, clean up any messes
Return any moved furniture, lamps, rugs, etc. back to their original positions.
Cleanup any backyard trash and scrape outdoor grill if used.
Let us know if anything was broken or needs our attention before next guest
Pick up all dog/pet waste from around the property.
PLEASE DO NOT:
Do not strip the beds. We have a bedding inventory and laundry system.
Do not launder towels as we have an efficient washing system that we follow.
Do not use towels to remove makeup or clean anything that may stain.
