You'll be in the Tahoe Donner community, seven miles from downtown Truckee. You can easily access mountain biking, hiking, and skiing just outside your door, and there's a two-car garage available for your use.
The interior is inviting with lots of windows and a cozy living room, which has a a fireplace, flatscreen cable TV, DVD, and Blu-ray players. This home also offers a CD.
The eating area is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and is adjacent to fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of room, featuring black standard appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining table seats eight, and the breakfast bar seats four. There's also a gas grill on the large deck with lovely views.
This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests and offers four king-size beds and two twin bunk cubbies (four twin beds total). One bedroom has huge windows on one wall boasting gorgeous views, which another has a cozy seating area. There's also a private washer and dryer.
You can walk across the street to the Tahoe Donner Ski Bowl or across the back yard to snowshoeing and cross-country trails. Other ski areas are a reasonable driving distance away with Sugar Bowl 14 miles away, Northstar 15 miles away, and Squaw Valley about 17 miles away. At the end of your days, enjoy a soak in the hot tub at the rec center.
The Truckee area offers guests spectacular summer recreation, and Tahoe Donner has a pool and a sauna, as well as on-site golf and tennis courts. There's a dock on Donner Lake for Tahoe Donner guests and residents only. Kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are popular. Downtown Truckee offers unique shopping and dining and Truckee Thursdays with art, food booths, and live music.

Dock Details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. Fees apply. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.
