Living room with sofa, coffee table, Tv and AC. Semi open kitchen with dining table and five chairs, well equipped with fridge incl. freezer compartment, gas/electric stove, microwave, cold water machine, various kitchen utensils. From the kitchen there is access to a guest toilet and two bedrooms.
Master bedroom contains a king size double bed, large wardrobe, desk and AC. Directly adjacent to master bedroom you access the private marble bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 contains a bunk bed with a third pull-out bed, wardrobe, a bench and AC.
On the approximately 60 sq.m. large terrace, most under the roof, there is a seating area and table for eight persons and a nice lounge chair and ceiling fans. On the smaller kitchen terrace of about 20 sq.m. under roof there is a small sink and entrance to a shower room with toilet. Nice big garden with a large lawn.

It is convenient to go with our air conditioned minivan with a driver that takes you directly to the villa. If you are travelling with children, please let us know the age so we can prepare baby seat for 1-3 yeas old and seat cushions for 4-8 years. We usually recommend up to 8 persons in the van with normal amount of luggage for a comfortable ride. Price example 2900 THB from Krabi airport one way. No waiting hours, we check you in upon arrival at the unit when you book transfer with us!
Upon check-in and handing over the key, we read the meters for electric and water. Since this unit is not a resort nor a hotel but categorized as a self catered, privately owned villa the electric and water is charged as a separate utility where each guest pay for what they use. Estimated cost for normal use for this specific unit is 1500 THB/week and we collect that amount as cash upon check-in. We read the meters at check-out and the majority of our guests are usually getting a refund.
There is a welcome sign with important phone numbers and the WiFi log in. We show you the unit with everything you need to know, where to throw you garbage and what’s towels you use indoor and if there are towels you can use at the pool or beach.
We make a second visit, usually the day after, to check everything is running smooth and if there are anything you want to have more details about. We point out where you can rent motorbikes or have our tour shop visit you if you want to do any excursions.
We also agree on checkout time and coordinate that with transfer departure so there is a margin to go through the unit as a part of the check out routine, read electric and water meters and balance the cost towards the deposit made at check-in.
On departure day:
You prepare the laundry in the laundry bag and put it at entrance door. One set of bed linen and one towel per person is included in the cleaning fee charged.
