What the community is like:
The planned community, Paloma Del Sol, is centrally-located, immediately adjacent to Temecula’s famed wine country. It is quite literally in the center of Temecula. This community’s most distinguishing feature is it very extensive network of parks and paved walking trails that extend in all directions. It has numerous other amenities, including five community swimming pools, each with a heated spa, and three regulation tennis courts. There are also several basketball courts for both regulation and informal play. Several of the parks are equipped with play structures appropriate for young children. Please be aware that access to the pools, hot tubs and tennis courts require ID cards to be issued to the guests by the HOA. This is at an additional cost.
Regarding the home itself:
This home is furnished in such a way as to make it ideal for up to two adult couples, or a family of up to six people. But just to be clear, any group of up to six people is welcome.
There are two large bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a king-sized bed, and the other has a queen. Two smaller bedrooms have double beds.
The kitchen is well-equipped for the cooking requirements of an extended stay. Although food and beverages are not included, you will find a selection of common spices to use in your recipes.
Other amenities include an outdoor patio table for six, a washer and dryer and a large back yard with fruit trees. You are welcome to eat fruit that is in season.
For those planning a longer stay with children, you have access to Paloma Elementary. It is located just a very short walk from the house. This school is located well within the Paloma Del Sol community, and the majority of children who attend this school live within the neighborhood. A middle school and high school are located nearby also, well within the typical walking distance of children of those ages.
1. Pets are allowed! But remember to be responsible and courteous to the neighbors. Pick up after your dog and keep him on a leash whenever you are out in the community.
2. Please don’t smoke or vape anything inside the house. If you must smoke or vape, do so in the backyard with the windows closed. Also, be sure to place any butts in a sealed jar and throw them away at the end of your stay.
3. Very quiet social gatherings are encouraged, but no parties. The rule is simple, the only people who should attend your events are the members of your group. And furthermore, this is limited to the six people who you have signed up with. Please enjoy yourself, and allow the neighbors to enjoy themselves too.
About the hosts:
This home is hosted by Adrianne and Scott. This is our second home, and we occasionally live here ourselves. But it’s a free-standing home, and we do not live nearby. In short, you get a private house to yourself. But please be aware that this is not a resort hotel that comes complete with a staff. We cannot hold your hands and take care of every detail as they may arise.
Welcome and Enjoy!
