The Alpine Retreat is a top class 5-bedroom modern design house distributed in 3 floors, which can accommodate comfortably 6 guests but can consider up to 9 guests upon request and at discretionary approval of the Landlord:
# Main floor offers an open kitchen concept with living room with an open view on the St Cergue alpine scenery throughout large window bays, fully furnished in a modern design fashion with adjustable fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area also benefit of the large window bays of the house. Thanks to its 8 large window bays the house benefits of high level of sunlight anytime all along the year even during cloudy time. In the prolongation of the living room, an overlooking 30 square meter terrace facing the amazing view of the St Cergue alpine. The main floor also accommodate with a WC for visitor and various storages. The hall of entrance gives access to the basement apartment and to the upper floor private area through a contemporary stairs.
# The upper floor accommodates 3 large bedrooms with 3 individual en-suite bathrooms with dressings for each bedroom + 3 individual WCs for each bedroom. The upper floor is also fully equipped with washing machine and dryer.
# The basement floor is a separate independent appartment which offers an additional bedroom + a secondary living room which can be converted into a fifth bedroom with a sofa bed + 1 common bathroom + WC + a 2nd fully equipped summer Kitchen with access to a 20 square meter terrace with view on the St Cergue alpine & direct access the garden. The basement floor is also fully equipped with washing machine and dryer.
Alpine Retreat offers 2 indoor car park / garage slots and an outdoor parking space with private access through a residential road.
Guests will access to all floors of the house as well as garage and garden.

Other things to note
1. RECOMMENDATION ON HOW TO REACH THE HOUSE:
Though St Cergue house is 3min drive from the St Cergue Village and train station, our house is still remotely located and is reachable by car only. WE THEREFORE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR GUESTS TO ORGANIZE THEIR OWN MEANS OF TRANSPORT IN ORDER TO ENJOY FULLY OUR HOUSE (i.e. be able to reach the house by own or rental car).
2. MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF ACCOMODATION:
The house can accommodate comfortably 6 persons. We can consider on case by case to accommodate upto to 8-9 guests on demand and always subject to absolute discretionary of the Landlord.
3. REQUIREMENT REGARDING THE GUESTS:
Number and names of each occupant must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Copy passport / ID will be required for any lease and for occupant of St Cergue house PRIOR lease.
4. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
On case by case, depending on the length of the stay and period we may require a security deposit and on case by case a liability insurance cover.
One case by case, we can consider longer rental period > 30 days to be negotiated.
5. CLEANING REQUIREMENT:
Cleaning of the place is done between each occupation, no intermediate cleaning is planned during long stays.Get the full listing »
