The beautiful business holiday apartment is in Arni, the gateway to the business center of Zurich, just off the main road, in a beautiful recreation area. Arni is located about 10 km west of Zurich, ca. 577 asl and counts 1,900 inhabitants.
The beautiful, light-flooded and spacious holiday and business apartment offers plenty of space to relax and or to work. The apartment is equipped with a bright, marbled ceramic floor, which is pleasantly cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter by the geothermal heating. In addition, can be heated with a rotary Cheminéeofen the living room, creating a very beautiful and romantic mood arises.
It is a Non smoking apartment (on the terrace at any time to smoke). The ceiling height is 2.80 m. The many glass windows, the apartment is very bright and sunny. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed (160 X 200 cm), two bedside tables with reading lamps, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a clothes rack.
The second, smaller bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm), 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, a small wooden basket on wheels for the suitcases and a clothes rack.
The spacious sun terrace (60 m2) has a large sun blinds at the dining area, a granite table and 6 chairs. Furthermore, there are 2 Ratanstühle, a small Tischli and a single sofa bed for outdoor use. (Spring to fall)
The solarium can be accessed and used from every room and space, with the exception of the smaller bedrooms and the bathrooms.
The house was built in the year of 2009. In 2016, the holiday apartment has been repainted. There is enough parking in front of the house!
