Welcome to rent a fully equipped summerhouse in Sandhamn / Torhamn 200 m from the sea, outside Karlskrona in Blekinge - SWEDEN'S SOLIGASTE PLATS! The house is partly renovated in 2017 with a new bathroom.

Comfortable house in a relaxing environment! Lush big lovely garden for play and games surrounded by stone walls. 1.5-storey house located along a road leading to the sea. Sea view. Sunny location on the front.

In the surrounding area there is a lot to do. The property owner will be happy to advise you on nice excursions, sights, experiences, baths, restaurants etc. and in the house there are tourist information to get.

Most of our tenants usually prefer to relax, take walks, go out into the archipelago and relax in the beautiful beaches of the village. You are in Sweden's sunniest place according to national measurements.

Surroundings: Walking or cycling distance to the beautiful bathing areas Petersvik and Gisslevik, ICA supermarket, Café Café Måsen, Sail Inn restaurant, Petersvik surf school, Vittus o Ungskär archipelago boats, fishing trip eg hire boat (see Sandhamn Marine), Torhamns bird's station, hiking trails, Torhamn pizzeria, tennis court etc. To the world heritage city of Karlskrona you can go archipelago boat or bus (bus stop about 100 m from the house). 4 bedroom apartment, 1 newly renovated bathroom with shower. 5 beds (plus baby cot). Grill o furniture. TV. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, micro, coffee maker, toaster etc. Laundry room in the basement.

The covers and pillows are available. Bed linen and towels are for rent or rentable by the tenant. The house can also be rented single nights.
