NOTE: Toll House Double has closed for the Season as of 4/1/2019. This Ski-In and Ski-out condo is at the base of the Toll House Double chair lift which you can see on their trail map. The ski area is an easy walk to the Toll House Double chair lift so you can skip the hassle of driving to the slopes and finding a parking spot. If you want to drive to the main ski area it is a short 1.5 mile drive or you can take the mountain rd shuttle. The condo is also just 100 ft from the Stowe XC trails. A short drive down the Mountain Road brings you to the best of Stowe's restaurants, craft breweries, shopping, bowling, mini golf, rock climbing at the adventure center and so much more.
Wood floors, high beams, gas fireplace, soaring ceilings and lots of sky lights and windows make this an ideal space to unwind with lovely views. Comfortably decorated to make you feel relaxed and welcome. It's a flexible, split-level layout - great for one or two families as each bedroom is separated on it's own level.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with double vessel sinks and a tub/shower. Master bedroom also has a 30 inch TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath just outside the bedroom door. Lower level has comfortable sleeping for 4 with twin bunk beds and a full size bed. Lower level also has it's own bath room with a single sink and shower unit.
Kitchen is beautifully appointed with new granite counter tops and cherry cabinetry, perfect for cooking up great meals if you decide NOT to try one of the many fabulous local restaurants. New appliances, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Farmhouse dining table in the dine-in kitchen comfortably seats 8. Warm craft pendant lights over the counter sit at area for that quick cup of coffee before heading out for the day.
The adjacent open plan living area includes a super-cozy built in sofa and a brand new heat generating gas fireplace which takes the guess work of lighting- and extinguishing- the fire. Just press the button and poof, a roaring fire! Perfect to cozy up to after a day outside. Big pillows to snuggle into and read. Plenty of room for the whole group in this room. The 42 inch tv is easily visible from any of these comfy lounging areas. It is also a great space for kids to pile in and play with many of the games provided or watch movies on the smart tv/blu ray/dvd player.
Patio on the second floor has a grill and dining table for 6. It is a beautiful spot to look at the view and the trees. Because it is an end unit there is nice privacy on this deck.
An extra large shed with a lock adjacent to the mudroom is a great place to easily park your bikes, and lock up your skis. The second entrance, 'Mudroom', has space to hang your coats, store your ski accessories and your boots- rain or snow.
There is also a fabulous, very large, pool (open mid June-Labor Day) with plenty of lounge chairs, grass to play on, and eating tables in the complex, about 2 minute walk down the driveway.

Other important info:
• There is a shuttle stop across the street from the turn in to the Toll House area should you want to go ski outside of the operating hours of the Toll House Double Lift. There are two trails to ski back home depending on how much snow there is- the easy 'Toll Road' and the more difficult 'Powerline Trail' take you to our unit.
• Parking is outside and there is a paved stairway to our unit- about 15 steps. In winter there is room for two cars to park tandem at our unit and they must display the parking passes that are left on the shelf in the front hall. Overflow parking is available for extra cars just a three minute walk down the road at the pool area. Please note it is very important that you display the parking passes while on property.
Note there is no tv in the 2nd or 3rd bedrooms. There is also no landline phone for the unit. There is FREE WIFI and cable TV.
Located at the base of the Toll Road and Toll House Double ski lift, we have a prime ski in ski out location in the winter. There is also a shuttle stop right at our entrance off rte 108 if you want to ski outside of lift operating hours or if you want to leave your car at home to go to restaurants and shops. In the summer, hike/bike in bike out in the summer (50 miles of single and double track Mountain Biking!), and access to all that the mountain resort and surrounding cross country and mountain bike trails have to offer. We are also .75 miles from the trailhead to famed Bingham Falls/ swimming hole, the Cross Country center and it’s vast hiking/biking trail system, and 1 mile from the trailhead to the Stowe Bike Path. Too many great restaurants, bars, breweries in close proximity to mention here, but I'm happy to offer recommendations!
The Toll House Double* lift is right at the end of the driveway for amazing ski 'n ski out family vacations in the winter, access to all the fun activities in the summer, and at the base to the toll road where you will see the most spectacular foliage views! * check the Stowe Mountain website for Toll House Double lift operations schedule. There are two trails to ski back home when there is enough snow- the beginner Toll Road and the steep and more difficult Powerline Trail take you to our unit.
No Pets (sorry, we love furry friends, but we are not allowed to have renters with pets)

Room to park 2 cars. Extra cars can park 3 minute down the drive at the pool house.
No loud parties
Renter acknowledges that there are stairs to get in to the unit and in the unit.
Property is not baby/toddler proofed- there are many potential hazards if parents are not diligent like: stairs, second floor patio with railings, exposed outlets, etc. etc.
Only renters can use the pool area, there is no lifeguard on duty, children have to be monitored by an adult.
Because we have wood floors please remove your shoes and try not to put bare feet on the sofas/chairs.
Charcoal grill must stay in its location away from building and trees. Please use caution and ensure grill is turned off immediately after use. Please clean grill with supplies brush after use.Get the full listing »
