This private house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. There's FREE street parking on both sides of the street. It is walking distance to shops, ATMs, banks, the gym and park, laundromat, major supermarket, restaurants, various churches, local buses and express buses to Manhattan. It’s a 20-minutes bus-ride to the FREE Staten Island Ferry to Manhattan, to historic Snug Harbor cultural & arts center, botanical gardens & museum and to the soon-to-be tallest enclosed observation Ferris wheel in the world. This entire home is excellent for a small group of up to 4 family members, friends or business travelers.
This is a charming old colonial home with some modern features being added. It is clean and spacious and has a very warm and inviting aura that will make you feel at home. You will have access to the entire house so you can enjoy 3 floors of unique and amazing spaces, large closets and lots of open spaces. You and only you will be occupying this entire house. Your bedroom is the third floor LOFT that sleeps 4 people.
High speed internet, TV with basic channels, air conditioning, heating and complimentary hot beverages and alkalized drinking water are provided.
Also provided are bed linen, bath towels, wash cloths, extra blankets and house slippers if needed including choices of shower/bath gels, shampoos and conditioners. Just off the bathroom is a utility room for ironing, dirty towels and a blow dryer.

Most guests tend to like their privacy but wouldn’t mind seeing a friendly face occasionally. However if we never bump into each other during your stay because of our hectic schedules, no problem. Either Ricky my assistant, or myself will be available via phone or text throughout your stay and in case of an emergency.
Getting around is very easy. The house is close to local buses and express buses that go directly to Manhattan.
The S44 and S66 are right around the corner.
The S48, X14 & X30 are a few short blocks away.
The S53 that goes to Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, car rentals and taxi service are not far away.

The bus and subway fare is $2.75 paid either in coins or MetroCard which can be purchased at any subway station vending machine, cashier booth or at local merchants.
