Steps lead up to the second floor and the main living area. Just off the landing is a half bath with tile accent wall and vanity with vessel sink.
The living room boasts a wood-beam ceiling creating a warm ambience. A huge leather sectional provides plenty of seating to watch the 65” TV. Curl up on two armchairs in front of the gas fireplace. French doors lead out to the balcony, which overlooks the seasonal lazy river and Lake Travis.
The rustic dining table seats six, with room for two more at the kitchen island. The kitchen has a butcher-block island, dark cabinetry, and granite countertops.
The master bedroom features dark wood beams and a 47” TV, a king sleigh bed, balcony, and views of the lake. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower with dual showerheads.
The second bedroom has two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds (weight capacity for top bunk is 150 lbs). The third bedroom has a king bed, beautiful lake views, and a 32” TV. Both guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Thanks to its southeast-facing orientation, you get a front-row seat to sunrises on the patio. There are two outdoor patio areas, both with scenic views of the pool and lake. The upper level has four lounge chairs and four bar height chairs with a table. The lower level has lounge chairs, a ping-pong table, 47” TV, grill, and alfresco dining table.

A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.
The Reserve at Lake Travis resort-style amenities include a lazy river and poolside cabanas. Stay active on the shared tennis courts or end your day at the Lodge, gathered around a fire pit.
Please note that the seasonal Swim Center (lazy river and swim-up bar) offers full-service and is open daily, Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend as well as one week in mid-March for Spring Break, followed by limited weekend service thereafter. Hours of operation are dependent on the weather as well as the patronage of guests.
The marina has state-of-the-art facilities including potable water, electricity hookups, golf cart access, and concierge service.
Take time out to explore the many fabulous local Texas wineries and dining experiences of the surrounding area.
Check your swing at one of the area’s golf courses, which include Falconhead Golf Club (26 minutes) and The Hills of Lakeway (30 minutes).
The Hill Country Galleria (30 minutes), features over 125 retailers, including department stores, boutiques, and grocery stores. Don’t worry about cooking that night, opt instead for one of the galleria’s numerous dining options.
THE FINE PRINT
Please note there is a strict eight person (including children) maximum overnight occupancy. If this is exceeded at anytime, if there is excessive noise, or violation of any laws, regulations or terms of this Guest Agreement, then TurnKey in its sole discretion, has the right to evict all occupants immediately and to charge a minimum service fee of $250 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation.
