Location, This historic farmhouse is set in the countryside between Felanitx and Cas Concos; a strategic location as is just a few minutes drive to several inner towns and also to the beautiful south-east coast with many lovely sandy coves. Felanitx is only 2.6km. away; here you will find local shops, restaurants, cafeterias, well know hand made pottery and a bustling market which takes place every Sunday morning. The pretty village Cas Concos is 3.3km. away with local shops and restaurants. Santanyi with shops, restaurants some art galleries and a bustling weekly market is 13 km. away. The tourist Cala D'Or with sandy coves, a never ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international yacht harbour is 11km away. In Cala D'or you can also practice water sports or enjoy an excursion by boat to discover the pretty south-east coast of Majorca.
The house, Jordi is a historic farmhouse that has kept part of its original character; it offers lots of space outside with many sunny and shady areas. The farmhouse consists of a large historic house simply furnished with a nice mixture of old and new and new construction annexe with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen; Jordi is perfect for two families or large groups of friends. Tabletennis outside.
The house offers on the ground floor a lovely living room with two sitting areas with access to the terrace and a separated spacious dining room. The kitchen that has also a mixture of new and old is spacious and has access to the terrace. There is a bathroom close by. The ground floor boasts two twin bedrooms; one with en-suite shower room and a small private terrace and the other has also access to the terrace and a bathroom close by. The laundry area is in a small porch close the dining room. The first floor boasts two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom -it has also a spacious lounge with access to a terrace with great open views across the fields-. The second is bright twin bedroom with a spacious en-suite shower room.
The annexe boasts a compact living/dining area with sofas, Sat-TV, a dinner table for up to 6 people and a small open kitchen well equipped. It has 2 twin bedrooms all with access to the exterior and en-suite walk-in shower-room. One of these bedrooms is located beside the annexe and has the access from the exterior.
At the side of the main house there is a small house where lives the person who takes care of the pool.
The air conditioning has fixed and limited timetable (21:00 - 08:00).
The exterior is spacious and private with carob trees that provide a nice shade. There are also Mediterranean plants, pine trees, prickly pears and many lemon trees. From the kitchen and living area there is access to a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy pleasant brekfast or “al fresco” dinners. There is a large pool (10 x 5 m. Depth min. 1m. – max 1.80 m.) with Roman steps surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds; the ideal spot to enjoy the long summery days. Close to the pool is the brick-built barbecue to enjoy delicious just made dinners. There is also a covered area in the grounds to park the cars.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
