This finca adheres to the concept of Agro Tourism in its finest form. Guests have a whole farm on their own and do not share it during their stay with other tenants. It is located in the beautiful north of the island, six kilometres away from Pollensa, four kilometres from Alcudia, and five kilometres from La Puebla. The historic and more than 350 year old house stands on a 720,000 square metre plot of land, which is mostly used for farming. There is a far reaching view along the Valley: the land as far as mountain peaks opposite, including 300 sheep and the many almond, fig and carob trees, belongs to the finca. From the entrance you have a panoramic view of Mallorca's incredible mountain scenery and the bay of Pollensa as far as Formentor.
Sleeps 8 to 12
The finca has been updated to the standards of modern living with love and great sensitivity to the historic nature of the estate. Where once pigs lived, there is a new living room with fireplace, large windows and stunning views of the broad valley. By a typical "Entrada" with antique furniture you get into the main living quarters. These consist in a living/ dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, two refrigerators and dishwasher), two ensuite double bedrooms and a games room with pool table and table tennis table. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A historic staircase leads to the first floor with four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The finca is suitable for large families, groups of friends of from eight to twelve people. With occupancy of eight people the two ground floor bedrooms are closed. Twelve guests have the entire house at their disposal. Behind the house is located the large swimming pool. Each bedroom benefits from air conditioning that can also be used in winter for heating. Wireless Internet access is available to guests free of charge.
Guests are welcome to help themselves to the oranges and lemons growing on the finca at all times. Freshly picked vegetables and salads taste even better, too. Even the eggs for breakfast in the morning come directly from the barn. However, unlike in many other agro-tourism villas the owners do not live on the estate. They do come by every day, however, to look after things. They also ensure that the house is carefully cleaned twice a week as well as after departure. This service also includes the change of sheets and towels twice a week.
