This town house located in the center of Petra, in the center of the island just 18 minutes from the best beaches, with an age of more than 100 years (1902) has been carefully restored maintaining and respecting its original character.
Its original structure and distribution has been preserved maintaining the materials used in its origin such as hydraulic floors and wooden beams of the time. We have added a modern touch to certain spaces such as bathrooms and kitchen, and this year we have added a gym in the old cellar.
Different styles, antique furniture and modern pieces from different eras have been combined in the decoration. It has been tastefully decorated to make this home a cozy and warm home.

The external part has also been renovated as the old warehouse and corral, formed by a space to relax on two levels, adding a small pool, with a terrace area and a barbecue area and enjoy the sunsets.
It has 4 exterior double rooms, one of them with its own private lounge and a sofa bed, a large living room with Smart TV, and a separate dining room, a small library and a lounge to play cards and board games.
Throughout the house it has WIFI.
It consists of three bathrooms, one en suite, another on the first floor next to the bedrooms and one on the ground floor where it leads to the outside patio.
The garage has ample space for a small car and bicycles, and in the courtyard a small laundry room with washer and dryer.

The house is located just 100 meters from the two main squares, (where the market takes place on Wednesdays) coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops as well as local services. The railway station is only 10 minutes away on foot and will connect you with Palma or Manacor, among other picturesque villages along the route, such as Inca and Sineu.
Petra is a beautiful and quiet town with open views of the countryside and also known for its famous Bonany Hermitage (a visit to this beautiful chapel on the mountain is a must). Petra is also known for being the birthplace of Fray Juniper Serra. This town is also a very popular place for cycling enthusiasts for its attractive routes, as it can be easily reached by inland roads.
