The four-bedroom apartment is spacious and relaxing, the ideal place to enjoy with friends or family and to come back to after a day exploring Barcelona. Great transport links mean you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle!
We are very excited to open our home to fellow travelers. Our four-bedroom apartment has been refurbished and we decorated it with an incredible style so you enjoy the best time in the city. The living room is a light and airy space with a classic, elegant design and lovely finishing touches. There is a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs, lots of books to take a peek and flat-screen TV so you can watch your favorite series or catch up with old movies while traveling. Sit back and make yourself at home! Gorgeous wood flooring, large windows, and a nice, tasteful decor complete the room.
The open-plan space includes a charming dining area, with table and comfy chairs that seat four. It also makes for the perfect workspace as it’s a large table and it is a peaceful room. There is high-speed wifi throughout the apartment.
If you want to cook up a meal or two, you’ll find everything you need in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use and include a toaster, microwave, and an oven.
In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable king bed, fitted with fresh, luxury linens. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, while lined curtains let you indulge in a lie-in in the mornings. There is also plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase; get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and plenty of natural light gives a very peaceful tone to the room. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has one single bed. All of the beds are made up with fresh, luxury linens to ensure a great night’s sleep!
Freshen up in the modern bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. You won’t have to queue up in the mornings for your turn; there is another bathroom in the property. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay, and for your convenience, self-check-in can also be arranged upon request!
There is a 24/7 supermarket in the area and plenty of late-night restaurants for both quick bites and more upscale, sit-down meals.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. It is paramount to be respectful of our neighbors.

You can not be better located. The neighborhood boasts a fine Rambla - Rambla de Badal - with some very fine Modernista buildings. The area is vibrant and lovely full of activities to enjoy with family and friends. You have plenty of Catalan and Spanish restaurants around the area to enjoy the best recipes. In less than 20 minutes' walk, you can get to the famous square Plaza de España, La Fira Barcelona or the fabulous Montjuic Castle. You can not miss them. In front of Plaza España, you will find the Arenas Mall where you have plenty of stores, restaurants, cinemas and incredible views of the city from its rooftop.
Next, to my apartment, you will find plenty of supermarkets and stores so you can get anything you need during your stay. It is extremely safe and you will enjoy every moment you spend here.
Many buses will take you all over the city and you can easily get to Barcelona City Center in 5 minutes taking the L94 or the L95 in Gran Via - Ildefons Cerda, Train, and metro are also convenient options to move around, Magorium - La Campana is the nearest train station to the property, just a three minutes walk away. This connects you to the L8 and many others, meaning you can get to iconic Barcelona sites in no time at all, such as Plaza Catalunya or Las Ramblas. Your nearest metro station is Santa Eulalia, with the L1- Red Line, the same line that goes directly to Plaza Catalunya and the airport, on Torrasa station. Coming in and out of your flight will also be easy, exploring Barcelona could hardly be more convenient!!
##Other things to note
Thank you for your interest in my apartment! To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:
Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities.
You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Barcelona aren’t soundproofed!
Check-in time is at 3 pm. Please note that a late check in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:
- From 20:00hrs: €20
- From 22:00h: €25
- From 00:00h: €40
This fee will be collected at check-in and must be paid by card.
Please note that tourists are required to pay a daily fee of €2.25 in Barcelona city and €0.90 in other cities in Catalonia per person towards the city tax. The fee applies only for the first 7 days. Children up to 17 years old, do not need to pay. Please pay by credit card directly at your check-in to the person that will be welcoming you, who will provide you with a personal receipt.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
Code of conduct: the host reserves the right to take required action if any of the below rules are not respected:
