Bedroom 2 upstairs facing the garden with private terrace (8.5 m2), closet/wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with shower (double sinks) and two floor-to-ceiling Windows that share the view of the Sea (a total of 23 m ²). Modern/new furniture with two assembled twin beds.
Bedroom 3 on the first floor facing the pool with adjoining shower room, four floor-to-ceiling Windows with stunning views on the Sea (18 m²). Modern/new furniture with ceiling-high cupboard, double bed of 1.60 m wide.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It's posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square.
