This traditional Mallorquin town house is situated in a quiet street next the famous windmills in the historical market town of Sineu.
The house has a large outside terrace where you can enjoy the views of the town. There is an outside seating area under the porche and dining place with sunbeds and a portable BBQ. There is a kitchen open to the living-dining room area. There are two bedrooms on the ground level with one bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs is the large romantic bedroom suite with great views.
What really stands out in this house is its beautiful courtyard and covered terrace where you and your family can enjoy the lovely evenings
This house is located very near the center of the town square of Sineu. You can walk around the village, visiting its historical sights and its very popular traditional Wednesday market, one of the most visited Mallorca. There is a railway line connecting Petra and the town of Manacor, also Ina and the other direction the cultural city of Palma . About 25 kilometers radius you will find the beaches of Alcudia, Pollensa, Muro, Can Picafort and Cala Ratjada
The village is famous for its well known Wednesday market which takes place on the streets with traditional colours, selling of farm animals and entertainment.
Sineu is still one of the original villages in the middle of Mallorca and the perfect starting point for all your holiday activities. The village is very typical for their cellars and restaurants, typical dishes with local products from the island of Mallorca, art galleries and artisan shops.
The airport and Palma is about 40 km, 30 minutes by car. The beaches, they are 20 minutes away (Can Picafort / Playa de Muro).
There are many bars in the squares for daytime coffees and the evening to relax, with a glass of wine and tapas.
All sports and leisure activities can be reached in 20-30 min +/-. There is great access to many bike routes, mountain walks and fabulous beaches etc.
Sineu is not a touristic town, the locals are very kind and respectful and hope that you enjoy your time in their beautiful village.

-Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hrs departure at 10:00 hrs. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
-Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
-We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
-There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
-Prices are for this property in Euros.
-Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
-Bookings also taken for December through to March.
-Long winter rental prices on request.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travelers over the age of 16 years old.
