Holiday house on the Costa Blanca in Orihuela Costa, district of Playa Flamenca, 4 km from the port city of Torrevieja and about 50 km from Alicante airport.
The tastefully decorated house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 modern bathrooms.
The fitted kitchen is open to the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, which can be pulled out to a double bed, a TV, DVD player (German satellite TV), wine fridge, gas fireplace, air conditioning and other furniture. The dining area is located in the 15 sqm conservatory. Also in the conservatory are a television, a mobile air conditioning, privacy blinds, a shade awning and a sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, sink, dishwasher and all other necessary things. The storage room (patio) next to the kitchen contains the hot water boiler, the washing machine and the vacuum cleaner.
On the 50 square meter roof terrace there are two storage / equipment houses in which sun loungers, chairs and seat covers, barbecue, parasol, bicycles with toddler
Trailer and beach utensils are housed. Furthermore, there are a large and a small dining table, a retractable awning and a clothes dryer.
On the property there is a parking space.
Bed linen, towels, beach towels and iron are provided.
In the quiet private urbanization three spacious pool facilities are available.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and the big daily market of Orihuela Costa within walking distance.
There are numerous shopping opportunities in the wonderful La Zenia Boulevard, about 500 meters behind the market.
In a few minutes by car but also by bike you can reach one of the five beautiful beaches of Orihuela Costa. Many other beaches are located in the vicinity.
The house is max. 6 persons assignable.

Our holiday home should be like a second home during your holiday. They should be able to feel good and rest. We've put a lot of effort into setting it up and hope you find everything you need.
The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope will help you understand.
With a proper treatment of the house and the furnishings, you will help us in the future to offer you and other guests pleasant rooms.
If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us or our local contact person (Mrs. Rust). All items that are in the cottage or on the roof terrace, or belong, may be used by the guests. Please handle all equipment and inventory with care and treat the property with care, as if it were your own home.
Please make sure that your fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.
Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care.
Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or saucers without coasters
Worktop. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting.
Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
We also ask that the arrangement of appliances, cutlery, crockery and glasses be maintained and not changed.
Nobody deliberately damages objects. However, it can happen to anyone that something breaks once. We would be glad, if you inform us of the damage and we will determine this, not only after your departure at the final cleaning.
The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost. These will be deducted from your deposit.
Otherwise, if a glass breaks, for example, you can replace it by simply buying a new one.
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives comply with the rental conditions. The front door, the lattice door and the door of the winter garden should always be closed when leaving the house. Likewise also all windows are to be closed when leaving the house, in order to avoid possible damages by storm or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be treated with care. You can save money by using the low-cost nightly electricity (from 23:00 to 13:00), when switching on the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher.
The patio, the storeroom, is an open space over the tiled floor of which part of the roof terrace is drained. It would therefore be necessary to ensure that the vacuum cleaner is either on the plastic dresser or the washing machine (in case it rains) to avoid damage.
